Introducing creekX Agents: a local support workspace

A separate application for support

creekX Agents brings conversations, knowledge, guided flows, local tickets and operator review into one workspace. It runs separately from Media Server. Installing the streaming server does not install Agents, and the Media Server trial does not activate an Agents subscription. Start with a bounded internal support task and a small set of approved procedures.

Three modes for different jobs

Ordinary conversations use a configured compatible model, or labelled demo logic when none is configured. Flow Studio executes deterministic prompts, captures and branches. Evidence Studio searches a fixed knowledge snapshot and returns literal excerpts with citations without a language model. Flow and evidence modes cannot be combined in one new session in v0.10.

A reviewable publication

An administrator publishes source knowledge, creates an evidence profile and tests supported and unsupported questions. A passing benchmark is tied to configuration, corpus and cases. Changes invalidate that evidence. Publication requires a fresh signed preview and confirmation. New sessions use the published snapshot; existing conversations keep their original version for investigation.

Evaluate before expanding access

The local release record has 200 passing automated checks and one skipped physical-device check. That is implementation evidence, not production capacity or speech-quality certification. Full-duplex voice, phone transfer, avatar rendering, customer tenancy and payments remain outside the verified release. Follow the separate quick start and discuss a supervised pilot with creekX.
