Support
What is included with every licence, what is paid, and how creekX looks after itself when nobody is watching.
Included with every licence
- Email support, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). We reply within one business day.
- Installation: one command on Ubuntu, online or fully offline, and a step-by-step guide. If it gets stuck, we help by email.
- These guides and the full REST API reference.
- Every update released while the licence runs, including offline upgrades.
Paid, or part of Enterprise
- Installation done for you, remotely or as an offline handover.
- Training: a remote session for operators and administrators.
- Priority support: faster response times and agreed hours, written into the Enterprise agreement.

An outage at night
We do not offer a 24/7 phone line today. creekX is built to keep running without a person watching:
- It restarts itself. A crashed part starts again on its own; a 24/7 channel recovered within 30 seconds in our tests, and a backup stream can take over.
- It tells you. A channel, stream or camera going offline sends an email at once.
- A licence never takes anything off air. A late renewal stops new channels and cameras being added, never what is running.
- You can see why. The admin console shows the server's health and log; When something is wrong covers the common failures.
Requests sent overnight are answered the next business day.
If a licence is not renewed
Everything keeps running and nothing is deleted. After a 30-day grace period with warnings, new channels and cameras cannot be added, and updates and support stop. Trial and licence has the details.
